Dear Dr. Shirley, I am writing this from the UAE. Thank you for treating my daughter today. She has been suffering from a high fever since yesterday. I couldn’t be there for her while she was sick. My wife took her to a well-known hospital in Ernakulam yesterday, but they didn’t treat her very well. The doctor didn't even check her temperature and just asked my wife to put a wet cloth on my daughter's forehead to reduce the temperature—something we could have done at home. We didn't sleep at all last night. I wish we had come to Dayspring yesterday instead, as you would have treated us much better. I am forever grateful for what you have done this morning, Dr. Shirley. You treated us as parents, too. And you said those kind words to my dear daughter: "God bless you." Well, "God bless you, too!" Her name is Nila. ❤️

We had an overall pleasant experience. All the staff were amicable, especially Soumya. Whenever we had to book an appointment or clear doubts in general, she was always professional as was Dr. Girish Parthan. We were able to gain valuable information that comforted and gave us direction.

Really happy with the service at this clinic. Dr. Mathew Raphael was very kind, patient, and took time to explain everything which in-turn made us understand the reports. We even took an appointment with Dr. Shirly Saji Thomas who helped us with our daughter. She was understanding and explained that needs to be taken care of for our 3 year old. Thank you for being patient and understanding with us. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The clinic was clean and well maintained. I felt genuinely cared for, not rushed at all. Overall, a very positive experience. Highly recommend this clinic.
